High performance LowFit underfloor heating manifold. Fast and simple to install. Features 12mm JG Speedfit push-fit connections and comes with a pre-mounted bracket and vibration isolation mount. Fully assembled with flow and return rails, adjustable flow meters, automatic air vent and fill valve. Protective dust caps are supplied on the return rail, which can be removed when installing circuit actuator valves to open and close the flow of water to each pipe loop. Valves on the return manifold air vent discharges air that could impact circulation. Can suit left or right-hand supply. Suitable for use with 12mm JG Speedfit PEX and polybutylene barrier pipe (inserts required).

Used - Good

Original packaging may have been replaced and/or show signs of transit or storage damage. Used - Acceptable

The item was previously used and shows significant signs of wear and tear. It has been inspected and fully checked and is in full working order. The item has noticeable cosmetic marks and/or scratches and original packaging may have been replaced and/or show signs of transit or storage damage. The item will be supplied with accessories/parts required for the item to function but may be missing non-essential accessories.

Football Shoes in Acceptable grade - have never been worn, but may have more cosmetic marks and/or deeper scratches on the outside. Original packaging may have been replaced and/or show signs of transit or storage damage. The pictures in the listing are of the physical item that will be sent.

What is a non-essential item?
